Bootcamp Focused on Productivity, Communication and Entrepreneurship

DAY 1.
The morning session's introduction games fostered a fun and engaging environment for communication.

Participants then divided into five different teams and developed business ideas.

The resulting ideas were: Kitchen Staffing Platform,Onboarding Big Company,Place for Mental Health,House-Container and Food,  AI MCP Service The groups presented their ideas to each other and strengthened their ideas through Q&A.

This fostered a culture of critical thinking and constructive feedback. Coffee breaks and lunch throughout the day supported the networking process.

DAY 2.

Teams collaborated to design and present time management & productivity strategies, followed by a group-wide discussion. The theme of communication and networking was also explored, highlighting its importance for professional and entrepreneurial growth.

Building on the companies founded during Day 1, participants created a marketing and advertisement roadmap, laying the foundation for potential future expansion. The highlight of the day was the session with the CEO of Magfi, who shared key points of his enterprise journey and offered advice on entrepreneurship.

 

DAY 3.

The third and final stage of the DigiUP Project, the Svietimas ir paveldas bootcamp, concluded in Vilnius. Sixteen participants attended the bootcamp, which received certification and acquired knowledge. It was led by Serhat Baran.

 

Over the course of the event, creative business ideas were developed, productivity and communication skills were enhanced, and inspiring insights into the entrepreneurial world were shared.

 

The first day began with interactive introduction games that helped participants get to know each other and build team spirit. Later, they split into five groups and developed innovative business concepts such as Kitchen Staffing Platform, Onboarding for Big Companies, Mental Health Place, House-Container and Food, and AI MCP Service. Presentations and Q&A sessions allowed teams to refine their projects, while coffee breaks and lunch breaks strengthened networking opportunities.

The second day focused on productivity and communication. Teams prepared and presented time management strategies, which were further enriched through group discussions. Participants also worked on marketing and advertising roadmaps, laying the groundwork for potential future expansion of the ideas created on the first day. The highlight of the day was a session with the CEO of Magfi, who shared his entrepreneurial journey and offered valuable advice.

The final day was dedicated to reflection and celebration. Thematic discussions and interviews highlighted key takeaways and personal experiences from the program. The event concluded with a certification ceremony, recognizing the hard work and achievements of all participants.

With certificates in hand and stronger networks established, the aspiring entrepreneurs left the Bootcamp ready to bring their ideas and skills into real-world applications.
